At Maverick Made., every piece is produced in small batches with intention, human labour, and premium materials. This Refund Policy exists to set clear expectations while ensuring fairness for both our customers and our studio.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. General Policy

Refunds are not automatic and are issued strictly under the conditions outlined in this policy.

We do not operate on a mass-retail model. Please read product descriptions carefully and order mindfully.


2. Change-of-Mind Refunds

We accept change-of-mind returns only if all conditions below are met:

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, unworn, unaltered

  • Item is returned in original packaging and resellable condition

  • Item is not excluded under Section 5

Refund Method

  • Approved change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only

  • Store credit has no expiry

  • No refunds to original payment method for change-of-mind returns

Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable


3. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once assessed and approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Repair

  • Replacement (subject to availability)

  • Refund to original payment method

  • Store credit

Refunds for approved defects exclude original shipping fees and payment platform fees.


4. Warranty-Related Refunds

Warranty claims are governed by our Warranty Policy.

If a warranty claim qualifies for a refund:

  • Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer

  • Shipping costs may be reimbursed upon successful claim

  • Refunds exclude original shipping and payment fees

Normal wear, patina, and material variation are not considered defects.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Custom-made items

  • Personalised or monogrammed products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Motorcycle accessories

  • Used or worn items

  • Wholesale or corporate orders

  • Workshop or class-made items

These exclusions are strictly enforced.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but not received:

  • Allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

  • Store credit will be issued via email notification

If you believe a refund is missing, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Suspension of your account

  • Refusal of future orders

We are always happy to resolve issues directly and fairly.


8. International Orders

Refunds for international orders:

  • Do not include customs duties or taxes

  • Do not include shipping fees

If a parcel is returned due to refusal to pay duties or taxes, only the product value (minus return shipping) will be refunded.


9. Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:

  • Returned items show signs of use or damage

  • Items are returned outside the allowed timeframe

  • The return does not meet policy conditions
