Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

Maverick Made. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://www.maverick-made.com (“Website”).
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

We are a small-batch, independent maker. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and protective of both our customers and the sustainability of our craft.


1. General Information

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional discrepancies may occur.

If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer one of the following options:

  • A partial shipment of available items with the remainder refunded

  • A full refund for the unavailable item

  • A waitlist for restocking (where applicable)

We reserve the right to decline fulfillment if stock errors occur beyond our control.


2. Shipping & Handling

2.1 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected courier.

All shipping fees are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed.


2.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Dispatch times do not include weekends or Singapore public holidays.

Please note:

  • Dispatch time is separate from transit time

  • Handcrafted and limited-batch items may occasionally require additional preparation time


2.3 Delivery Timeframes

Domestic (Singapore):
Estimated transit time: 2–7 business days

International:
Estimated transit time: 4–30 business days, depending on destination and courier selected.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


2.4 Address Changes

Requests to change delivery details must be submitted before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify delivery details or reroute parcels.


2.5 P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

  • P.O. Box addresses are supported via postal services only

  • Military addresses are supported via USPS only

  • Courier delivery is unavailable for these address types


2.6 Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier backlogs, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.


3. Duties, Taxes & Customs

3.1 Sales Tax

Where applicable, sales tax is included in the product price displayed on our website.


3.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are:

  • Determined by local authorities

  • The responsibility of the customer

If you refuse to pay duties or taxes upon arrival:

  • The parcel will be returned to us at your expense

  • You will receive a refund for the product value only, minus return shipping and original shipping costs


4. Returns & Exchanges

Important Note

As a small-batch, artisanal brand, we do not operate like mass retailers. Returns are accepted strictly under the conditions below.


4.1 Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns only if all conditions below are met:

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, unworn, unaltered

  • Item is in original packaging and resellable condition

  • Item is not excluded (see Section 4.4)

Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit only.

No cash or card refunds will be provided for change-of-mind returns.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Packaging and courier arrangements

Original shipping fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.


4.2 Warranty & Defective Items

We stand by our craftsmanship.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

If a defect is confirmed:

  • Return shipping will be reimbursed

  • We will offer one of the following:

    • Repair (where feasible)

    • Replacement (subject to stock availability)

    • Refund (excluding original shipping and payment fees)

    • Store credit

Normal wear, patina development, and material variation are not considered defects.


4.3 Return Processing Time

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Processing may take up to 14 business days

  • You will be notified once your return is completed


4.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalised or monogrammed items

  • Motorcycle accessories

  • Used or worn items

  • Sale or discounted items

These exclusions are strictly enforced.


5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

5.1 Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Reject delivery where possible

  • Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos

Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted.


5.2 Lost in Transit

Parcels are insured up to the declared value provided by the courier.

Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the courier completes their investigation and confirms the parcel as lost.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has shipped, it is considered final and subject to the return terms above.
