re:Made wants to be a movement that inspires people to rethink and reconsider what alternative leather should look and feel like, with products made with microbial cellulose, a lab-cultured bacteria that is dyed and dehydrated to create a unique material that is completely free of mordants and has absolutely no plastics.

As a 100% organic material, this material is able to last 3-6 years if taken care of, and home-compostable in 150 days, leaving no toxins that could leech into the ground.
